Adam Joseph Williams

Backed by more than 15 years of expertise in the health field, Adam Joseph Williams currently excels as the President of Travel of Accountable Healthcare Staffing, a role he commenced in 2017. With his leadership, Accountable Healthcare Staffing has been honored as Best of Staffing by Best in Texas and named to the Top 15 Companies by Texas Monthly. Likewise, in 2020 and 2021, the company was featured in Forbes Magazine. Mr. Williams attributes its success to the structure, the culture and the team members that genuinely care for the betterment of the company.

Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in general sales, merchandising and related marketing operations from Gannon University in 2003. During his college years, he rented and sold condominiums while working in real estate, during which time he spoke to a client who worked in healthcare staffing at Martin Fletcher. Inspired, he joined the company as a base-level recruiter, and advanced to the role of a team leader between 2004 and 2005. He recalls his mentors, Bill Wisinski and Ryan Roney, were pivotal in his professional growth.

Progressing in his career, Mr. Williams went on to serve as the director of sales/account management for the Medical Staffing Network from 2005 to 2013 and as the director of sales/fulfillment for CareerStaff/Genesis Healthcare from 2013 to 2015. Prior to his current position, he served MedAssets as a director market manager and market manager between 2015 and 2017. Upon reflection, Mr. Williams is proud to have worked his way up the professional ladder, all while keeping the wellbeing of his clients in mind. He plans to continue doing his work for as long as possible.
